Paralegal
This position is expected to review contractual terms and conditions found in various organizational agreements and make recommended changes, as necessary. There may also be drafting of new terms and agreements as needed to support both customer and supplier requirements. This position requires knowledge and an understanding of all Netceed (formerly USTC Corp) standard terms, policies and directives associated with business practices to be successful. There will be coordination with all necessary departments to complete redlines to contracts. Follow-up and regular communication with sales, marketing, finance, and operations is expected in this role. Excellent communication skills: verbal and especially written are imperative. This position requires critical thinking, time management, and multi-tasking skills as well.
Responsibilities
- Review various contracts as assigned against corporate standard terms to identify non-complaint terms and prepare redlines, contract summaries, and discuss findings
- Identify formal proposal non-complaint terms and conditions, payment terms, quality, safety, applicable laws and communicate findings to the appropriate department for evaluation and RFP response
- Creation of new terms and agreements based upon Netceed standard terms or as directed by Management in support of customer or supplier requirements as assigned by our Deputy CEO
- Maintain records of corporate approvals for non-standard terms or special directives from management regarding company’s position on proposal terms or contracts.
- Monitor all cost changes during the life of a contract to meet a 30-day notification term to customer when applicable, so that Netceed maintains an acceptable gross profit margin. For customer contracts awarded, the following will be completed: Pricing updates, Manufacturer Discontinued product notifications, term changes, rebates, expiration monitoring and renewal requests.
- Respectfully manage confidential audited corporate documents as required.
Key Experiences / Requirements
- Paralegal or Bachelors-Degree preferred
- In-depth, Contracts Review experience
- Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in language and objectivity in writing, as well as the ability to compose ideas and intentions with precision and clarity
- Ability to problem solve and use critical thinking skills
- Aggressive individual with initiative and the ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Must possess excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
- Must be meticulous and capable of multi-tasking large volumes of work
- Ability to: (1) Type; (2) Use a 10-key calculator.
- PC experience in Windows environment required, Intermediate Excel knowledge necessary
- Telecommunications, Logistics and/or Supply Chain sector experience desired

Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for completing QC validation, line audits, and product sampling to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with our customer, regulatory and industry standards. This position functions as primary contact for QC operations team, and participates in development and implementation of quality projects and supports department initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
- Performs activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for our products and process.
- Knowledge of Systems required to perform job function such as: Inventory systems, release systems, Change Control, Update Databases, Nonconformance or deviation management system, Release of intermediates and finished goods, Approve shipments under quarantine, Ownership of Documents related to job function, Perform Audits for receipt and issued orders, Logbook processing, After Market/Production Support, Resolve Holds, Support MBR Review, Issue MBRs and Support Investigations.
- Participates in problem solving and troubleshooting of Quality, Operations and Manufacturing issues.
- Communicates effectively with production, maintenance, warehouse, and other functions as necessary.
- Review non-conformities found in the warehouse operation.
- Review Master Catalog to ensure all parts are in Sync, and all data is Accurate.
- Approve or Reject orders based on QC Validation.

Requirements/Key Experiences:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in the warehouse industry and/or knowledge of telecom products beneficial.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Basic familiarity with the use of a personal computer/tablets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Microsoft Office
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone.
- Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull, including the ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places.
- Ability to routinely lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 70 lbs.
