Inventory Control Supervisor
Currently, we're hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor in our Dallas, Texas Distribution Center, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all company inventory and inventory processes. Responsibilities
- Ensure incoming trucks are secured and unloaded in a safe manner that follows all company regulations.
- Verify incoming material pallet count matches Bill of Lading and notates any discrepancies and/or damages on the BOL before the driver leaves.
- Ensure material shipped matches the Packing Slip and PO. Any shortages, overages, damages, or other discrepancies need to be written on the Packing Slip and Receiving Exception Report.
- Assure inventory received is stocked in the correct bin location: stock, 00 bin, or special (sold).
- Receive shipped items daily and distribute to appropriate location, department, or personnel. Packages that have been expedited will need to be dealt with quicker.
- Monitor that all Receiving Associates are operating all equipment and machinery safely and in compliance with EES safety regulations.
- Utilize personnel management recordings to track employee’s attendance, time clock, and to create performance evaluations.
- Implement new policies and procedures as directed by the Quality/Inventory Manager in a timely, effective, and consistent manner.
- Maintain the organization of the warehouse and ensure that it is left in an orderly manner for the next shift.
- Work with other team members and associates in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements/Key Experiences
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in the warehouse industry and/or knowledge of telecom products beneficial.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- Basic familiarity with the use of a personal computer.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
Other Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone.

As a Warehouse Customer Support Specialist, you will partner with our Operations Group to provide world-class logistics support acting as a focal point between USTC and our valued customer relationships. This role is a key liaison between business planning, our clients and all USTC departments.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Operations Supervisors to ensure exceptional customer relations delivery for over 120 locations nationwide
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying and satisfying the customer’s issues, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the situation; expediting correction or adjustment to ensure resolution, and determining root cause.
- Provide appropriate solutions, alternatives and follow-up in a timely manner
- Keep accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Prepare project plans, data analysis and reports to capture customer feedback.
- Oversee and respond to questions regarding product recalls.
- Assist with placement and cancellation of orders or exchanges.

Currently, we're hiring a key, Warehouse Receiving Clerk to support our Inbound operations within our 180,000 square foot Distribution Center in Edison, New Jersey. We support key tri-state area Altice walk-in centers, depots and contractor materials warehousing activities as a critical telecom materials distributor. Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for completing QC validation, line audits, and product sampling to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with our customer, regulatory and industry standards. This position functions as primary contact for QC operations team, and participates in development and implementation of quality projects and supports department initiatives.

- Performs activities that ensure required quality and safety standards are being met for our products and process.

We're currently expanding our Outbound department in our Dallas, Texas Distribution Center with a great opportunity for a Team Leader to support operational goals! This Team Leader will support the day-to-day Outbound operation involving our 3PL trucking relationships, providing key administrative support while directing the picking activities of our team to ensure efficient operations and attainable business targets.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with schedules
- Ensure inventories in area of responsibility are accurate
- Ensure stock movements are recorded correctly
- Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals
- Ensure that any computerized or automated systems are up to date
- Where possible resolve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse.
- Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required
- Ensure that health and safety meet the required standards
- Ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency

Key Experiences / Requirements
- A good working knowledge of health and safety and security requirements
